Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Returned within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Accompanied by a Return Authorization, which you can obtain by contacting our customer service team.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please email our support team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Get Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without this authorization may be delayed or refused.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and, upon receipt, promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Any product where the seal has been broken or opened.
Personal care items such as makeup, skincare, or other topical products that have been used.
